Pinnacle Bank, NuSource Financial strike ATM maintenance agreement

Minnesota-based NuSource will provide ATM maintenance services for Pinnacle's multivendor fleet in five Midwestern states.

Nebraska-based Pinnacle Bank has signed a partnership agreement with NuSource Financial of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, under which NuSource will provide first- and second-line multivendor ATM maintenance services to Pinnacle locations in five states: Nebraska; Kansas; Missouri; Colorado; and Texas.

"[W]e needed a full-service ATM maintenance provider who could effectively maintain our mixed-manufacturer ATM fleet," said Dawn Nelson, assistant vice president and card services manager at Pinnacle Bank. "NuSource Financial's multivendor ATM maintenance experience and personalized approach to customer service goes above and beyond our expectations."
