Peruvian bank renews BASE24 contract with ACI

OMAHA, Neb. - ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq: TSAI), a provider of enterprise e-payment software, says that Banco de Credito del Peru, a user of ACI's BASE24 software, has signed a new five-year contract which includes additional modules for their debit card authorization capabilities.

According to a news release, the credit card Issuer modules for Visa, MasterCard and private label offerings will decrease Banco de Credito's time to market.

Banco de Credito boasts the largest Peruvian ATM network and is the country's largest credit card Issuer. Banco de Credito has been a BASE24  customer since 1993.

Ricardo Bustamante, chief information officer of Banco de Credito, a subsidiary of Credicorp
Ltd.
, said in the release, "This five-year commitment allows us to deliver superior service
via ACI's proven enterprise solutions and the freedom to evaluate our strategic migration toward open platforms."
