Bridgeport, Connecticut-based People's United Bank has tapped Zenmonics, provider of an omnichannel banking platform to transform digital account acquisition for the bank's branch and digital channels.
Zenmonics will deploy its channelUnited universal account opening and banker sales and servicing modules across all self-service and assisted channels, according to a press release.
ChannelUnited was purpose-built as a single, cloud-enabled technology stack with an open banking API architecture.
Currently, it is the only solution on the market to enable digital transformation across all engagement points — online and mobile, banker sales, servicing, teller, account origination and kiosk, the release said. The platform can be deployed incrementally across channels to meet a financial institution's immediate and future needs.
"The partnership with People's United Bank represents our strong collaboration with the financial market to transform channel interactions and redefine how banks can provide continuous engagement," Zenmonics CEO Jeff Jones said in the release.
