Digital Transactions:About 23 percent of the United States largest U.S. merchants now comply with the Payment Card Industry data-security standard, according to Visa USA. An estimated 73 percent are expected to be in compliance by the end of the year. He also says a number of factors, from technical and logistical difficulties to cost issues, continue to slow compliance rates.
