Paramount partners with mall group in ATM agreement

Ramco Gershenson, a real estate investment trust focused on shopping center ownership and management, has entered into an agreement with Paramount Management Group to provide outdoor ATMs at mall properties.

Paramount will provide Ramco Gershenson properties with outdoor walk-up ATM enclosures with features that include lighting and a roof overhang to protect consumers from the weather.

"This ATM program gives 24-hour easy access to shoppers and consumers," said Michael Tedesco, chief marketing officer for Paramount. "[M]y team spent a great deal of time on this project working out the details, locating the right placement at each mall making sure the location was visible to consumers."
