Paragon Application Systems, a provider of ePayment simulation and testing solutions, has partnered with Trusted Security Solutions, a provider of ATM key management solutions, to add remote key load testing to Paragon's ATM simulation, configuration and testing solutions.
TSS will provide the RKL module for Paragon's ATMulator Plus, FASTest, and FASTress products. RKL allows ATM acquirers and terminal drivers to deploy the ATM terminal master key from the software host to the encrypted pin pad and PIN entry device.
The addition of the TSS RKL module will enable Paragon to provide complete simulation of an organization's ATM network. FIs will be able to test any modifications to their keys resulting from activities such as moving or upgrading an ATM, or switching hosts. They will also be able to evaluate the effects of increasing the number of ATMs serviced by the network.
"Partnering with Paragon leveraged the strengths of both of our organizations," said David Pharr, director of business development for Trusted Security Solutions. "We really enjoyed collaborating with Paragon and look forward to opportunities to work together in the future."
"Customer demand for RKL testing has increased as changes to keys become more complex," said Cathy Gardner, vice president of core technologies at Paragon Application Systems. "We are delighted to offer our customers the best in RKL testing with the TSS module for our ATM simulation, configuration and testing solutions."
