Paragon establishes Asia-Pacific office in Malaysia

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. — Paragon Application Systems has named Wynn Lam the managing director for Paragon's new Asia-Pacific office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
According to a news release, Lam will provide sales and technical support for Paragon products in the Asia-Pacific region. "As the demand for Paragon solutions in the Asia-Pacific region continues to grow, customers will benefit from strong local support in the region," said Jim Perry, vice president of sales and marketing for Paragon. "Wynn brings a wealth of technical, sales, services and business experience in the e-payment industry to our customers and prospects in the Asia-Pacific region. She's energetic, enthusiastic and has a great understanding of customer needs. "
From her experience as a developer and in professional services for Paragon, Lam has extensive knowledge of financial message formats, including the EMV specification, and has provided hands-on assistance and training to customers worldwide. Lam holds an MBA in technology commercialization from North Carolina State University and is a certified ISQTB tester. "Paragon solutions are uniquely qualified to meet the testing needs of the rapidly growing e-payments market in the Asia-Pacific region," Lam said. "Customers will have access to a whole range of testing products and services — including software as a service on-demand testing solutions."
