Parabit tops 5k milestone with anti-skimming solution

The ACS-1E company's card access control system provides access control for ATM lobbies, vestibules and night drops.

Parabit Systems recently announced that it will surpass 5,000 installations of its SkimGard and ACS-1E ATM lobby card access control system in the U.S. by the end of 2014. Two recent orders totaling 1,500 units have boosted the company to this milestone, a news release said.

The ACS-1E card access control system provides ATM, debit and credit card access control for ATM lobbies, vestibules and night drops. The company said that its SkimGard and ACS-1E are now used by 12 of the top 20 financial institutions within the United States.
