PAI, OnPoint Community CU strike branding deal covering Oregon ATMs

June 26, 2014

Payment Alliance International, a provider of retail ATM solutions, and OnPoint Community Credit Union, the largest CU in Oregon, have announced an agreement under which OnPoint will brand all Rite Aid pharmacy ATMs in Oregon — 72 machines in all.

PAI will own and operate the ATMs, which will display OnPoint Community CCU brand dress. OnPoint members will benefit from surcharge-free access to cash at Oregon Rite Aid pharmacies beginning this month.

"We are excited to put the OnPoint brand on ATMs in Rite Aid pharmacies throughout the state of Oregon," said OnPoint President and CEO Rob Stuart. "This benefits our members with convenient, surcharge-free access to cash right in the communities where they live and shop, plus enhances credit union visibility which helps us grow."

"The Rite Aid pharmacy locations provide an excellent opportunity to promote brand awareness, complement existing branch locations for enhanced member convenience, and optimize points of presence to acquire new members," said Gregory W. Mercer, senior vice president at PAI. "We are thrilled to be able to serve OnPoint Community Credit Union and their members."

PAI operates more than 60,000 ATMs in retail settings across the U.S., including approximately 1,500 Rite Aid locations.
