NuSource launches ATM service history tool

NuSource Financial Inc. has announced an addition to its ATM Service solution called ServiceSource, a 24-hour online ATM service history tool.
NuSource touts the new tool for its ability to help keep ATM technicians organized. The tool shows how many service calls a specific ATM has had, as well as listing when the calls were made, what parts were needed, and how long the machine was down. The tool also shows what machines are functioning at peak performance, which months of the year had the most service issues, and which machine (or machines) needs to be replaced or upgraded, etc.
With just the touch of a button, from any computer with Internet access, NuSource Financial's ATM service customers have instant real-time details about the service-call history of each and every machine in their fleet.
The system is updated in real-time and can be sorted in a number of ways, including by when calls are made, calls by make or model, calls by branch location, or via a list of part replacements.
