NuMark Credit Union selects NCR Atleos for branch transformation

NuMark Credit Union selected NCR Atleos ATM-as-a-service and ITM-as-a-service solutions to transform its branches. The credit union aims to enhance its overall self-service banking at the branch through this partnership, according to a press release.

NCR will handle distribution, installation, maintenance and cash management for the ATMs and ITMs at the credit union. It will also offer the ATM management Platform Interactive Services to provide a better customer experience with the machines, according to the release.

"As member expectations continue to evolve, we are committed to providing a digitally optimized, seamless experience for members wherever they interact with us, including through the branch and self-service touchpoints," Jessica Mellen, COO of NuMark Credit Union, said in the release. "Partnering with Atleos will allow us to boost efficiencies and quickly deliver new services and innovations to our members, all while maximizing security, compliance and availability. We are confident this strategic shift will provide a competitive advantage as we continue to grow."
