NexTran to manage NY ATM network for ISO

SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. - ATM equipment and services provider NexTran Industries, Inc., and its affiliated company, Money Marketing, Inc., will assume the turnkey operation of an installed base of about 400 ATMs in the metropolitan New York area from EZ Cash, the two companies said.

The agreement covers all phases of ATM service and operations, including maintenance and repair, cash services and accounting, said Tony Park, senior vice president of NexTran.

"While EZ Cash will continue to own the ATMs, they will outsource all service, support, general and administrative functions to NexTran," Park said in a news release.

Park believes the EZ Cash turnkey management agreement may serve as a model for other ISOs (independent sales organizations) like EZ Cash.
