As part of the arrangement, according to a news release, Hanover, Md.-based Advent will also market ATM processing services from Innobeta Systems, Inc., a sister company of NexTran.

Dave Thomason, Advent's executive vice president, said, "NexTran's newer technology, including its Windows-based platform, as well as Innobeta's Web-based real-time data toolsets, fits well with our philosophy of providing innovative solutions for all of our customers' needs."
As a master distributor, Advent will offer NexTran products to financial institutions through its national network of resellers and service companies, according to the release.
In addition, Advent will have the ability to resell Innobeta's processing services to financial institutions. "Innobeta's simple-to-use terminal management and performance monitoring systems will provide added value to Advent customers," Thomason in the release.
