NexTran opens Atlanta sales/distribution office

SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. - Responding to a recovering economy in the Southeast and what it says is an expanding markets for its products, NexTran Group LLC has opened a regional office in suburban Atlanta.

The office, located in Norcross, Ga., will serve as a sales and distribution center, according to a news release, and will provide sales and service for the company's existing ATM and transaction-processing businesses.

In addition, the office "will provide a beachhead for introducing the company's iNextNet public Internet service into the metro Atlanta region," said Tony Park, NexTran senior vice president.

iNextNet, which provides prepaid public Internet workstations and wireless access in convenience locations like coffee shops, quick serve restaurants and other public places, is the company's fastest growing service, Park said.

The NexTran Group's affiliates include NexTran Industries, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of ATMs; Innobeta Systems, Inc., a processor of ATM transactions; Money Marketing, Inc. a sales and service support company for ATM deployers and ISOs; Bio Security Technology LLC, a distributor of access control devices for home and business; and, iNextNet, a distributor of public Internet and wireless services.

NexTran Group LLC and Money Marketing, Inc. were recently named to the Inc. magazine list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.
