New service offers customer support backup for ISOs

Merchant Contact Services offers merchant acquirers a suite of white label, inbound and outbound services for all campaign types.

Sysnet Global Solutions has launched an outsourced merchant contact service for acquiring and ISO organizations, according to a press release.

"Working exclusively with the payments industry for over 8 years, providing multichannel support to over 1.5 million merchants globally has given Sysnet a real understanding of merchants and the challenges they face," said Sysnet COO Ferdi Roberts. "Merchant Contact Services builds on that knowledge providing white label, inbound and outbound services to acquiring organizations for all campaign types. We are delighted to be able to offer these services from our new 300 agent-capacity, dedicated global operations center located in Dublin, Ireland."

The merchant contact service provides:

  • outbound and inbound EMV compliance campaign support — encourages merchants to upgrade terminals and provides support services for EMV-related questions;
  • compliance outreach service — educates merchants about the benefits of compliance, provides support through the PCI DSS compliance process;
  • outbound telesales service — supports the launch of new products and services by acquirers;
  • inbound response handling service — covers incoming calls for acquirer campaigns; and
  • inbound overflow service — provides expanded capability for acquirers who have call-handling capacity challenges.
