New Mexico FI, C-store tap Cummins Allison for branded fleet

April 6, 2017

Southwest Capital Bank, a family-owned institution headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, recently turned to Cummins Allison, a provider of ATMs and coin, currency and processing technologies, for a fast-paced expansion of its ATM fleet in partnership with a convenience store chain.

According to a press release, the relationship began when the FI called in Cummins Allison to replace ATMs at two of its branch locations.

"We had an extremely positive experience with them, so when one of our small business customers approached us looking for a new ATM fleet because their existing ones were frequently out of service, we reached out to Cummins Allison," said Southwest Capital customer support manager Richard Torrez.

Within less than two weeks of the project start date, the C-store chain had 35 newly installed, Southwest Capital-branded ATMs up and running, the release said.

"Any technology rollout of this size requires seamless collaboration between customer and ATM partner," said Bob Gibson, vice president of branch operations at Cummins Allison. "Successful deployment of this significant ATM installation demonstrates our ability to scale with our customers' needs and demonstrates our commitment to helping Southwest Capital Bank expand its brand presence."
