Fiserv has announced two new customers for its DNA core banking platform, raising the total to 12 new accounts acquired since the company purchased the platform's developer, Open Solutions, in mid-January.
Adding to DNA's forward momentum are Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, a 430,000-member, $5.5 billion FI based in Live Oak, Texas, and Wildfire Credit Union, a 37,000-member, $689 million FI in Saginaw, Mich.
In addition to DNA, RBFCU — one of the nation's fastest-growing CUs, according to the National Credit Union Association — will implement agic for integrated teller capture, Verifast for teller line authentication and CRM/BI modules for DNA. The FI also will integrate five pre-existing Fiserv solutions into the open architecture of the DNA platform.
"The advanced technology of DNA can scale with our growth plans while providing the flexibility and member-centricity we need to quickly roll out relevant, new products," said Mary O'Rourke, SVP and CIO at Randolph-Brooks.
With its implementation of DNA, Wildfire will add Nautilus enterprise content management, Prologue financial accounting, ConvergeIT interactive voice response, AML Manager anti-money laundering and the CRM/BI suite for DNA.
"The person-centric design of DNA will give us total visibility into our member relationships, enabling us to provide even better service and more relevant products," said Tim Benecke, CEO of Wildfire Credit Union. "The fact that DNA is used by banks as well as credit unions gives us confidence in the platform's ability to expand our member business relationships."
