NCR's Nuti named in lawsuits against Symbol

Dayton Daily News: William Nuti, the new president and chief executive officer of NCR Corp., is still haunted by the troubles of his last assignment as head of Symbol Technologies Inc. Symbol's shareholders have named Nuti as a defendant in four lawsuits filed in federal court, alleging that Symbol's investors were misled. Symbol officials said the lawsuits have no merit.
