NCR, SECORA partner for turnkey ad program

April 15, 2002

DAYTON, Ohio -- NCR has partnered with SECORA Corp. to introduce a new turnkey advertising marketing solution for NCR's new MCD Cash Dispenser for retail sites and for its personaS 70 ATMs. In the agreement, SECORA will create and market individual advertisements, graphics, and interactive coupons for advertisers on NCR ATMs whose owners agree to participate. This partnership will deliver a new source of revenue and customer loyalty for ATM owners through a graphic and media solution. Neal Schwartz, vice president for NCR's ATM Solutions for Retail Locations, said that SECORA's "approach is strategically targeted and consumer friendly, and we feel these solutions will exceed our partners' ATM expectations by increasing transactions and delivering recurring revenue. It fits well with our goal of providing total solutions for our customers." Under the agreement, SECORA's sales network will secure advertisers. Its electronic imaging department will then create compelling marketing campaigns, schedule their delivery and manage and monitor activity throughout the year. SECORA will utilize the power of NCR's RAC/ASF System (Remote ATM Control System/Advertising Support Feature) a robust windows based application to manage the marketing campaigns. NCR and Secora plan to display the technology and marketing approach at the National Association of Convenience Stores show in Chicago, October 3-5, 1999.
