NCR program drives FI ATM performance

DAYTON, Ohio - NCR Corp.'s has launched its Complete Care package, which targets community banks and credit unions with ATM networks of between 10 and 350 ATMs.
Complete Care is designed to help small- to mid-sized financial institutions manage their ATM-services needs by providing a complete suite of services.
Services include a personalized account-support manager assigned to work directly with the customer to monitor ATM-channel performance, review service-performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis, and provide ongoing support to maximize ATM uptime.
In addition to the personalized account-support manager, Complete Care includes first- and second-line maintenance, cash replenishment, and NCR's Self-Service Diagnostics Gateway.
