Navy Federal Credit Union earns top spot for customer experience

Forrester's Global Customer Experience Index Ranking named Navy Federal Credit Union No. 1 for customer experience. It earned an overall score of 81.2, according to a press release.

This index ranks companies based on feedback from customers who have interacted with a company or brand during the previous 12 months. It looks at both the quality of the experience and overall customer loyalty.

Navy Federal Credit Union earned this spot for its personalized services, financial solutions and technology.
