Nautilus Hyosung America announced this morning that President and CEO Andy Orent has retired and will be succeeded by Nancy Daniels, who has been named executive vice president and COO of the company.

Daniels has 30 years of industry and technology experience, a press release said. She was previously with NCR Corp., where she was accountable for the company's largest services business. Prior to that, she was with Fujitsu, where she led retail and ATM divisions in North America.

Daniels is an electronics engineer, and prior to her career in the financial industry, she held roles in the defense industry with Honeywell, Raytheon and General Electric.

"With Nancy's experience and track record of improving profitability and driving growth, she is the ideal choice to lead our North American operations," Nautilus Hyosung President and CEO Hyun Sik Sohn said in the press release.

Daniels said in the release, "We all know that there are changes within the marketplace, and the Nautilus Hyosung team is going to capitalize on them to position our leadership and solutions in such a way that our social responsibilities are met and customer delight achieved."
