Mosaic/Diebold reseller agreement a success

March 1, 2004

NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Since signing a reseller agreement with Mosaic Software in September 2002, Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD - News) says that more than 30 banks and credit unions have chosen to include Mosaic's Postilion ATM transaction software as part of their Diebold-provided ATM solution.

John Layton, assistant vice president of Payment Systems at Diebold/Mosaic customer Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union, said in a news release, "We wanted to instantly know what is going on at our ATMs, and be able to make updates or changes without waiting for a third-party network. We wanted to be able to make changes to screens and services on our schedule, and be able to take full advantage of our ATMs."

"The rapid growth in the number of Diebold clients implementing Postilion is evidence there is tremendous demand in the market for the total end-to-end ATM solution Diebold is providing," said Johann Dreyer, Mosaic's chief executive.
