Morphis Inc., a provider of workflow automation software for the ATM and currency supply chain industry, has created a cloud-based version of its ATM management system for small independent ATM deployers.
The software is intended to offer an affordable, easy-to-use solution that allows smaller deployers to manage ATMs and cash loads as efficiently as larger organizations, according to a press release.
"We see an emerging market with smaller companies that manage hundreds of ATMs, and are being run by just one or two people." Morphis CEO Gary Faulkner said in the release. "But the detail of the business is anything but micro; small ATM deployers need a solution."
Morphis worked with Manzer Ayub, CEO of Georgia-based ATM Solutions, to develop MorphisOnline.net. The cloud-based software-as-a-service system allows users to access cash orders and cash confirmations; view transactions in near real time; and receive instant alerts related to cash-outs, cash loads, missed loads and terminal status.
The software allows operators to automatically open service tickets, and SaaS customers can provide secure access to merchants, allowing them to view and retrieve ATM operation information and reports in one place, the release said.
