Morphis in partnership for electronic exchange of ATM cash mngt. data

February 2, 2004

DALLAS and MARIETTA, Ga. - Morphis, Inc., a software provider for the financial and armored carrier industries, and Alliances Services, LLC, an ATM-only service provider, have formed a strategic partnership to provide electronic data interchange capabilities between their mutual customers.

The partnership includes interfaces between MorphisCM, an enterprise-wide system to manage all aspects of ATm operations by a financial or non-financial institution, and Alliance's proprietary software system for management of its ATM replenishment and services.

"(This partnership) will greatly enhance the productivity of our mutual customers by allowing them to place cash replenishment orders electronically from our software to Alliance's and by receiving electronic settlement notification from Alliance through the software application," said Ken Karant, president of Morphis, in a news release. "Elimination of data entry both increases productivity and reduces room for errors."

Jack Rizzo, vice president of Information Technology at Alliance Services, said, "Our mutual customers will be served better by us as a result of this partnership. Elimination of paperwork and implementation of electronic data interchange enhances our relationship with our customers and certainly provides added value to them."
