FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. -- MoneyMaker, the ATM network and transaction processor which was recently acquired by Genpass Inc., announced several executive appointments.
Bonnie E. Hill has joined the management of Genpass Inc. as senior vice president for strategic planning. She will report directly to President and CEO Bipin Shah and will help formulate the company's growth initiative. Hill previously has been a consultant in electronic banking and was a top executive of the MAC ATM network, where she was network manager for many years.
Douglas Miraglia is the new senior vice president of sales and marketing on the MoneyMaker management team. Miraglia, formerly senior vice president and regional manager for MasterCard International, will be responsible for bringing the MoneyMaker products and services to market in the Eastern half of the U.S.
He will also manage the Midwestern, Mid-Atlantic and Southern territories sales force, which is expected to quickly double in size.
Reporting to Miraglia are newly appointed sales and account executives Ronald Bucelli, Martin Pinder, Bonnie Pollard, Richard Schmalbach and Leah Work.
Ronald Bucelli, formerly senior vice president for business development of Integrated Delivery Technologies, Inc., will head sales for the Midwestern region.
Martin Pinder will join Miraglia's group as sales executive for the Mid-Atlantic region. Pinder is former president of FI Tech Services, a merchant card processor, and has over 25 years in the EFT services.
Bonnie Pollard will cover the Northeast sales region for MoneyMaker. Formerly an award winning sales executive with the Concord EPS/MAC network, Pollard has over 12 years experience in the EFT industry.
Richard Schmalbach will also be a sales executive in the Mid-Atlantic region. Schmalbach has over 30 years of EFT experience most recently with FI Tech Services, where he headed sales and marketing under Pinder.
Miraglia has also added Leah Work to his executive group. Work has over 27 years in the financial services industry, including her assignment as client delivery manager for EDS. She will be the senior account manager for MoneyMaker, responsible for managing the relationships with major accounts.
The newly announced sales force will join the existing sales team, headed by Jim Stewart in Dallas, who is responsible for Southwestern and Western sales.
Genpass Inc. CEO Shah describes the new sales force's role this way: "These additions will bring a vast knowledge of EFT to bear on developing the right approach for each institution joining MoneyMaker. They each have proven track records for helping customers build their businesses. We expect them to provide the base for rapid expansion of the MoneyMaker network as well as adding depth to the already proven leadership of the company."
Genpass Inc., a newly formed corporation with offices in Philadelphia and Dallas and nationwide sales offices, is owned and operated by GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, a private equity investment firm. Genpass owns MoneyMaker, the fifth-largest ATM driver and seventh-largest ATM network in the country.
MoneyMaker supports over 16,000 ATMs in 50 states and processes more than 220 million transactions annually. The network's customers include financial services providers, independent sales organizations, merchants and other consumer businesses.
