Money Machine 2 offers wide variety of direct deposit options for coins

Cummins Allison, a provider of ATMs and coin, currency and check processing technology, has announced that the company offers financial institutions the industry's widest variety of direct deposit interfaces on its Money Machine 2 self-service coin counter.

According to a press release, the Money Machine 2 self-service coin counter supports these platforms:

• Fiserv DNA
• Fiserv XP2
• Corelation KeyStone
• Symitar Episys

These direct deposit solutions allow consumers to deposit redeemed coins directly into their checking or savings account via touchscreen.

"Self-service coin redemption is a great way to improve consumer satisfaction and automate the handling and processing of customer coin deposits," Bob Gibson, Cummins Allison vice president branch operations, said in the release.

Financial institutions offering coin counting services to their consumers benefit from increased branch traffic, competitive differentiation and the ability to attract new customers, the release said.
