MoBank launches mobile banking, payment service

The Guardian: Steve Townend and Dominic Keen founded MoBank in 2007 and have now launched the mobile banking and payment service. The company is privately funded with a staff of 16 employees and offices in the United Kingdom. MoBank works with existing bank accounts and lets its users buy and pay for items using their mobile phones. MoBank can be used to buy things such as cinema tickets, clothes, books, tickets, flowers, gifts and takeaways.
