Michigan jurors now paid via ATM

The Ann Arbor News: Jurors in Michigan's Washtenaw County Circuit Court can now collect their jury pay each day they serve from an ATM, which is located in the courthouse. Jurors will be given daily a stored-value card that's been preloaded with the amount of compensation due them, including mileage. The card expires after 30 days and can only be used at the ATM in the courthouse. Jurors will not be required to pay a service fee to use the machine.
