Metavante completes Vicor acquisition

MILWAUKEE - Payments processing provider Metavante Corp., a subsidiary of Milwaukee-based Marshall & Ilsley Corp., has completed its acquisition of Richmond, Calif.-based Vicor Inc.

Corporate payment processing software provider Vicor will become a Metavante subsidiary within the company's Commercial Treasury Solutions division, which gives technology and related outsourcing services to financial institution's commercial clients, helping those clients manage their cash and investments.
