Mehish Computer inks deal with Inetco for TCP connectivity

April 26, 2006

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Inetco Systems Ltd. announced in a news release that Mehish Computer Services has selected BankLink to enable TCP ATM connectivity to its SNA host. Mehish is the computer unit of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd., Israel's fourth-largest bank.

BankLink acts as a front-end communications controller for transaction hosts, in this case allowing the bank's host to view and manage new ATMs as SNA devices. The view allows TCP ATMs to be seamlessly integrated into the existing SNA environment.

As well as protocol conversion, Banklink serves as a transaction aggregator, transaction router, and transaction firewall. Web-based management capabilities provide online control and viewing of the transaction network.

"BankLink allows us to take advantage of features available in the new ATMs without the need to replace or upgrade our current host," Mehish's general manager, Sammy Keinan, said.
