Man sentenced to 15 years for multiple armored car, ATM robberies in Chicago

"Along with his co-conspirators, defendant repeatedly and violently robbed armed armored truck couriers and ATM technicians at gunpoint," Assistant U.S. Attorney Zenner argued in the government's sentencing memorandum. "Each robbery was a high-stakes, high-reward robbery, and defendant willingly risked getting into a deadly shootout for the chance at hundreds of thousands of dollars in stolen proceeds."
