Man jailed for using dead mom's ATM card

Newhouse News Service: A Jersey City, N.J., man has been sentenced to 120 days in jail and three years' probation for using his dead mother's ATM card to steal $13,111 in Social Security funds over 20 months, authorities said. Wayne Johnson, 38, pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to third-degree charges of theft by deception and fraudulent use of a credit card, the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office said.
