Malaysian court awards man damages for declined ATM card

The (Selangor, Malaysia) Star:A Malaysian man who could not use his ATM card to withdraw RM300 (U.S. $93) to treat his friends to dinner in Kuala Lumpur six years ago was awarded RM10,000 (U.S. $3,091) in damages by the courtfor the inconvenience, mental distress and embarrassment he suffered.
