MagTek and ATMIA form partnership

Doral, Fla.--MagTek Inc. today announced that the company will link its Security Suite of Fraud Information to the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA).

ATMIA leads the industry in efforts to employ global security resources to protect the ATM industry from criminal activities. That is why MagTek, a long-time ATMIA member and a leading provider of solutions to eliminate ATM card fraud in online banking, the point-of–sale and eCommerce, has linked up with the association to make its suite of fraud information available, both companies said in a statement.

“This alliance with MagTek will build on our mission to promote ATM convenience and growth, protect industry assets and provide education and best practices to our members,” said Dana Benson, director of Conferences & Sponsorships of ATMIA.

MagTek is a Seal Beach, Calif.-based provider of electronic payments and security technology.
