ATLANTA -- Lynk, a transaction processor, is introducing a turn-key, packaged solution for launching an online business.
According to the company, the "eStoreReady" package includes complete order management, fulfillment, payment, personalized online customer service and support, security and authentication capabilities and reporting features.
"Expanding into e-commerce transaction processing is a natural extension of our business," said Lynk President and CEO Ed Uzialko.
In addition to helping companies create a new online e-business, Lynk says eStoreReady can enhance existing Web sites with faster connections, lower pricing and better service, as well as the ability to interface with existing systems. Lynk says that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Application Service Providers (ASPs) can use the product to support their merchant clients, or install the payment module on an internally hosted site.
Virtually any web site can be modified to take orders and payments, whether it is hosted by the business owner, by Lynk or by someone else, according to the company.
"The great thing about our offering is that we can customize a solution based on the needs of each client," said Nerino Mayer, Director of Lynk's Internet business division.
