JCB completes gateway agreement with China Union Pay

Japan's Corporate News Network:JCB's subsidiary, JCB International, signed an ATM gateway agreement with China Union Pay this month that will allow CUP cardholders to access ATM networks in Japan through a gateway platform provided by JCBI. Card acceptance is expected to begin with the UFJ Bank ATM network March 2006, and marks the first time CUP's 800 million members will have access to an ATM network in Japan.
