ING to add 740+ NCR Atleos ATMs

ING, a European financial institution, plans to add more than 740 NCR Atleos ATMs to locations in Spain. NCR Atleos will manage the network, along with installation, maintenance, security and management, according to a press release.
The bank will deploy the ATMs in strategic locations over the next 12 months to meet the cash needs of more than 4.4 million customers. NCR Atleos will manage the ATMs through its ATM as a Service model.
"At ING, we work every day to offer our customers a simple, agile experience adapted to their needs," Alberto Gómez, director of payments and accounts at ING Spain and Portugal, said in the release. "Thanks to NCR Atleos' ATMaaS model, we are taking another step in that direction, expanding the network of ATMs that our customers can access with key physical points that reinforce our presence in the territory, improve access to cash and allow us to continue responding to the needs of our current and future customers."
