INETCO Systems Ltd., a provider of application performance monitoring solutions, has announced that Transaction Network Services will implement INETCO Insight to monitor its ACI postilion payment processing environment. TNS is the first payment processor in the U.K. to deploy the solution, which provides end-to-end visibility into the performance of every transaction.
TNS transaction delivery and processing services are used by acquirers and retailers in more than 60 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. The company connects more than a million retailers to banks, acquirers and processors, according to a news release from INETCO.
INETCO Insight sends instant notification to the TNS processing team should a transaction slow down, time out or fail, the company said in a press release. Team members are able to obtain a "hop-by-hop" breakdown of the device, application, ACI postilion switch and network response timing for any single transaction.
"INETCO Insight empowers us to safely scale our ACI postilion-based processing business, while continuing to fulfill our commitment to exceptional customer service delivery," said Ciaran Jones, VP of operations at TNS.
