Indian software company unveils biometric ATM

Business Standard:Pune, India-based Axis Software, a developer of security solutions, is the first Indian company to develop a biometric ATM. The company has secured orders from Mangolia and Dubai for six machines each. The company expects to sell at least 300 of its biometric ATMs in central Africa and the Middle East in 2006.
