Illinois FI taps Cummins Allison for drive-up ATM installation

November 2, 2017

Cummins Allison, a provider of ATMs and coin, currency and check processing technology, recently teamed with Citizens First Bank in northern Illinois on the installation of a drive-up ATM.

According to a press release, a rise in customer engagement at the branch prompted Citizens to implement a transformation strategy that included upgraded ATM capabilities to meet customers' changing needs.

Citizens selected Cummins Allison's H48ND ATM for a secure, "self-contained branch" in the drive-up lane, the release said. The machine features a large LCD color display and a high-speed cash dispenser.

"When you consider that ATMs are the face of your financial institution, it's important to have equipment you can count on," Citizens VP of operations Lisa Vick said in the release. "We were impressed with the clean look of the machine and its ease of use. It hasn't needed any service; it's just a smooth-operating machine."
