Hyosung launches MoniMobile ISO app for ATM operators, distributors

Nautilus Hyosung America has introduced MoniMobile ISO, a new, patent-pending mobile application for the ISO-IAD channel.

MoniMobile allows its users to manage Hyosung ATMs remotely with ease and efficiency, according to a press release from the company.

"MoniMobile Merchant was an industry first, allowing Hyosung ATM Merchants to ditch their operations manual and replace it with a mobile app," said Jason Kuhn, vice president of retail product marketing and planning at Nautilus Hyosung Amerca. "Now the power of MoniMobile comes to the ISO-IAD channel with extended video lists, service requests, contact sharing, tech check-in and more."

MoniMobile ISO offers all of the features found in the MoniMobile Merchant app — ability to scan a fleet, capturing and logging ATM information; error assistance with scanning; and prompted corrective actions — as well as specialized features for the ISO or IAD.

Extended video list

MoniMobile ISO expands on MoniMobile Merchant with more technical videos, including:

• WinCE 5.0 (CE) software load with SD card;
• WinCE 5.0 (CE) software load with USB;
• WinCE 6.0 (SE) software load with SD card;
• WinCE 6.0 (SE) software load with USB;
• EMV configuration tips;
• EMV upgrades for various models;
• LaGard basic e-lock troubleshooting; and
• PCI 3.0 EPP configuration including:
  • changing secure mode passwords;
  • changing EPP state IDs and passwords;
  • changing the EPP state; and
  • entering master keys.

Service requests

Service requests created in MoniMobile Merchant can be sent directly to MoniMobile ISO. User features Include:

• view assigned service requests;
• close service requests and include notes on actions taken;
• reply with a note to a service request assignment;
• escalate service requests with an optional note for third parties;
• receive notifications of newly assigned service requests;
• receive notifications for assigned service requests that have been closed;
• GPS navigation to service location; and
• register ATM into ATM database service requests.

Contact sharing

MoniMobile ISO users can easily share contact information with users of the free MoniMobile Merchant app. Details are shared through a QR code generated in MoniMobile ISO.

Tech check-in

Time and date-stamped technician check-in helps verify that service agreements and service levels are being managed appropriately. They also provide useful information when compared with time and date-stamp data from closed service requests.
