Hungarian police have arrested an individual who allegedly carried out multiple ATM bombings and robberies throughout Slovakia. He allegedly used explosives on several ATMs before traveling to Budapest, Hungary, according to a report by The Hungarian Conservative.
The Budapest Police Headquarters worked with Slovak and Czech law enforcement agencies to track down the suspect. He was found in an underground garage of a Budapest area. Police claim he has received previous convictions for armed robbery.
In a raid on the property, police claim they found stolen license plates, radio-controlled remote devices, detonators, a bulletproof vest and other items.
