HSBC launches free money transfer service

Buffalo News: HSBC Bank USA has launched a free global money transfer service, Easy-Send, allowing an HSBC account holder in the United States to send money to relatives and friends worldwide.

The new service allows a customer who enrolls to set up a secondary account and transfer money in it from a primary checking account. The customer can authorize individuals anywhere else to withdraw money from the second account through one of 960,000 ATMs globally using HSBC ATM cards provided to them.
