GTS inaugurates online ordering

Thermal paper supplier has rolled out a new online store for customers to order ATM paper, mobile printer paper and stock thermal paper.

Thermal paper supplier Graphic Tickets & Systems has launched a new website featuring an online store, according to a press release from the company.

"Our mission is to make ordering paper rolls as easy for our customers as possible," GTS President Ben Meeks said in the release. "This new online store not only simplifies the ordering process, it allows us to offer products at discounted prices, as well."

The online store caters to financial institutions, parking industry professionals, mobile device operators, and retail store owners with a wide range of products to fill ticket, label, and paper receipt needs, the release said. Product categories include ATM paper, mobile printer paper, and stock thermal paper.

Meeks said that the online store will not supplant the company's sales team.

"This is an extension of our sales and customer service departments, not a replacement," Meeks said. "Our online customers can still expect to receive the same level of quality service and attention as those who buy direct."

The new website also offers existing customers the option to set up an account through a customer portal to enable fast and simple reorders, the release said.

"Most of our existing customers have standard repeat orders," Meeks said. "So we've made things easy for them by creating a password protected online form that allows them to reorder by simply clicking a couple of buttons. All it takes is a minute or two and they're done."
