ATM business was the key to a significant rise in 2011 revenues for China-based GRG Banking Equipment Co. Ltd. In a recent announcement of its annual financial results, the company reported that its ATM business operated well in some of China's big cities.
GRGBanking declared 2011 revenue of 2,089 million RMB ($331.59 million). The figure represents an increase of 21 percent year-over-year. Sales profits rose nearly 11 percent to more than 502.9 million RMB ($79.2 million). Total profits increased by slightly more than 13.12 percent to 594.5 million RMB ($94.36 million).
Compared with the same period in 2010, GRGBanking net profit attributable to shareholders grew 6.54 percent to 506.1 million RMB ($80.35 million).
The company offered its preliminary figures for reference; official numbers will be provided in the company's annual report to be issued on March 29.
