PaninBank, a leading Indonesian FI, is outfitting its branches with 200 H22N Series cash dispensers from GRGBanking. The devices will enhance customer service while enabling improved cost-efficiency for PaninBank, a GRG press release said.
With its capacity for up to 12,000 notes and dispensing speed of seven notes per second, the H22N Series is able to meet the heavy transaction demands of the Indonesian market, GRG said.
According to the release, officials from the bank said that the units performed well and without issues during a six-month pilot. Following the successful test, the first 100 cash dispensers went online in March.
GRG is providing full technical support for the devices, including network connection, full user acceptance testing, electronic journal customization, MasterCard EMV certification, and other services. The Guangzhou, China-based manufacturer has established a local office to provide post-sale service and technical assistance to Panin, the release said.
"Indonesia is one of the fastest developing ATM markets in the world now, with great demand on upgrading bank's ATM network for EMV migration," said GRGBanking Project Director for Asia Pacific Bobby Lee.
