GRG to host 8th annual GRG Global Customer Exchange

GRGBanking headquarters in Guangzhou, China, will provide the setting for the company's 8th Global Customer Exchange, Sept. 23–25. The annual event aims to strengthen relationships between the company, its partners and customers.

A GRG announcement said that the company expects to welcome more than than 100 decision-makers from financial institutions, CIT companies and retailers. In addition, more than 50 experts from the retail banking and cash management sectors are expected to join the annual knowledge exchange and networking event.

This year's GCE theme, "Innovation Streamlines Your Cash Cycle," will highlight an all-around GRG product portfolio designed to optimize every aspect of the customer's cash cycle. 

According an event organizer at GRG, the GCE showcase will present a full series of cash recycling solutions to be shown for the first time, including:

• retail intelligent cash collection solution;
• video teller machine;
• branch transformation solutions; and
• advanced cash sorters with serial number tracking.

Topics to be covered in presentations by industry experts include:

• how to improve banking channel performance;
• payment challenges and solutions in Africa;
• U.S. market insight: EMV migration at the ATM and SDM applications; and
• ATM security solutions.
