IRVING, Texas -- Genpass, Inc. has made executive appointments in two of its four operating divisions.
Douglas D. Anderson, who until recently was president of Genpass ATM Solutions, will assume the same role for the company's Card Solutions division. William Raymond, who managed Bank of America's ATM network before joining Genpass last November, will become president of ATM Solutions.
Bipin Shah, chief executive of Genpass, said in a news release that the appointments are part of a plan to "implement broad-based debit card strategies and position the company for future growth."
As president of Card Solutions, Anderson will have responsibility for Genpass' debit card business, including PayCard, medical benefit cards and other emerging products. Peter Davidson, the former president of Card Solutions, will become the division's director of marketing.
As president of ATM Solutions, Raymond will manage Genpass' deployment business and will assist banks in identifying premium locations for ATM placements, according to the release.
In addition to ATM Solutions and Card Solutions, the company's other divisions are Genpass Service Solutions and Genpass Technologies.
