IRVING, Texas - Genpass Technologies has added three new customers: Cash Technologies of America, Ditronics Financial Services and Money Group, Inc.
According to a news release, the new clients will contribute more than 4 million additional annual transactions to the nation's second largest ATM driver.
As the ISO market continues to grow, Genpass recognizes its need for additional products, according to the release.
"Genpass' ability to manage cash and monitor terminals at a competitive price is playing a vital role in their decision to sign with Genpass," said Karl Asplund, senior vice president of Business Development. "Our clients are realizing the cost associated with funding and monitoring merchant ATMs, and they are looking to Genpass for these services."
George Vasilakos, chief executive of Ditronics Financial Services, called the conversion to Genpass "incredibly stress-free and smooth." He said, "Even during a major snow storm, Genpass assisted us in a conversion, and it is very important to us that they have a team that goes above and beyond to accommodate us."
Genpass is developing and testing several new products, including GenpassConnect, which will give clients the ability to split surcharges among up to nine different accounts, and will also allow separate accounts for interchange and surcharge settlement. Another new product being tested is ATM Wizard pages, a feature that will enable clients to add terminals online.
